↳ Challenge
Vixla is a technology company under Eagle Technology, building modular container solutions for decentralized, profitable, and scalable recycling. Its technology converts plastic waste into recycled oil — the raw material for producing new plastic. The challenge was to develop a clear go-to-market strategy that could position the company, create awareness around the launch, and prepare Vixla for international growth.
We supported Vixla in developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, with a key focus on building a brand ready for global expansion. The work began with an extensive insight phase, including interviews with potential customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, as well as market research to understand the full ecosystem in which Vixla operates. Based on these insights, we developed a complete brand DNA — including name, values, positioning, vision, mission, and “why.” We created a distinct and forward-looking brand that unites engineering excellence with sustainability ambition: “Accelerate the world’s transition to material circularity.” As part of the strategy, we also developed a visual identity, website, and PR strategy to build credibility and visibility among media, partners, and investors. The launch event in Halden was designed as a visible starting point for Vixla’s growth journey — both locally and globally.
