Mirava's vision was to launch a new travel concept that combines activities with exclusive dining. The brand holds strong ambitions to scale into the international premium segment. To realize this potential, the founders partnered with us to build and launch the entire brand ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive and market-ready platform from the outset.
Our mandate was to be a partner throughout Mirava’s development, guiding the team from initial insight to market launch. We managed the full process, using a structured approach focused on commercial viability. The work began with initial insight and positioning, based on analyzing global luxury trends, competitors and the behavior of the international target audience. This led to a precise positioning that differentiates Mirava. This strategy is designed to anchor the brand for future international scalability. We then translated the positioning into detailed concept development and a comprehensive Brandbook. This phase standardized Mirava's core product, experience design (service design), visual direction, and tone of voice. Finally, we executed the web development to activate the Go-To-Market strategy. The website was designed as Mirava's primary sales tool, focused on converting high-value leads through an intuitive and brand-aligned customer journey, culminating in the launch of the platform.
